Since the 1990s, with the wide application of Internet, the technology of the computer and network have been developed rapidly, impel its relevant technology to move to maturity gradually, and the remote measure and control technology based on Internet causes the industrial circle's extensive concern even more. The remote measure and control system based on Internet realizes the data share, has characteristics such as swift information transmission and strong interaction., promoting the control technology to develop in networked , distributing and open direction, this kind of development trend makes the expansion of the function of the control system more flexible , performance is improving constantly, use more simple and more convenient. And use the browser and website way to set up the remote measure and control system based on B/S structure has already become the main direction of the measure and control system developing.The technology of information issue based on network develops with the development of Internet too, from the initial static text, have developed into the present dynamic picture. But on the file service type Web in early days, the data was released by hand, which demand a large number of workforce to renew data at any time, to maintain dozens of, several hundred, and even thousands of HTML page at any time. So how to produce dynamic data, and even real-time data, release out automatically, produce HTML page needed automatically according to users' different request has become a very attractive technology.But because of the computer network's opening and sharing characteristics, the information security problems of the remote measure and control system such as the disabled user steal information, distort data , delete or add data receive more and more concerns. The cryptography, as a kind of important means to protect the information security effectively, its importance is outstanding day by day.The current develop situation of the remote measure and control technology, the composition of the remote measure and control system, the technical development that the data are released at present, the characteristic that the data are released, and the security threat that the remote measure and control system faced are analyzed at first in this paper, then the basic conception and basic theories of the cryptography are introduced, and the RSA,DSA public key cryptography was analyzed emphatically, the principle how to use RSA,DSA signature algorithm to realize digital signature and identity authentication is explained. Set up the virtual measure and control system structure based on LabVIEW software platform finally, realize the remote measure and control system's real-time data release which based on B/S structure network model by adopting remote panel technology, realize the RSA,DSA digital signature and identity authentication by using C ++ Builder technology,witch be used in the data issue system , realized the information securely issuing .
