With the development of computer network, people pay more attention to the network security than ever and more and more people take part in the research on the theory and method about network security. Building a platform about network attack and defensive for people to check or practice their idea is valuable. Now there are many network simulation tools, but what they pay attention to is the capability about the network rather than the security. In this paper we have made research on the design and realization about platform for network attack and defensive.First of all, we describe the platform in a thorough, including the purpose, the function, the designing idea, the frame and the implement of every function module. We put emphases upon introducing the router and the protocol encapsulation. In the part of router, by detailed analysis of the real router we provide a scheme to simulate the high-powered router and we realize part of their function. At the same way, in this paper we provide a modified Dijkstra algorithm in order to create the router table. In the following part by the analysis from theory and application point we prove that the modified algorithm is feasible. In the part of protocol encapsulation we provide a scheme to envelop the types of protocol data packets in the family of TCP/IP and realize the process of the protocol encapsulation.Not only can the method we envelop the protocol adapt to simulated network, in the real computer network we can envelop the TCP/IP protocol family.The programe we have made can be distributed as software packets. So they can be applied to other network system easily.
