Soft radio is a new technology in radio communication. By digitizing the signal and using modern DSP technology, we can improve not only the performance of the radio system, but its agility and compatibility. Some research was dealed with in multirate signal process and digitizes the channel from IF, 455 KHz, to base band in HF system. With HSP50415 and AD6620 as the centre of signal process, and TMS320VC5509 and TMS320VC33 as the control unit, a usual plat of IF digitization was designed. As a contribution of this design, the circuit was debugged and the process from single frequency(such as 1.2KHz) to 455KHz and 455KHz to single audio frequency.In addion, Modem of 2FSK was simulated.The testing results showed that the capability of the system met the requirement of the system design. As a disadvantage of this paper, the system was not debugged in real channel, and should be perfected in later days.
