Research On Matching Network Of Multicoupler

As an indispensable part of multicoupler, matching network plays a very important role in wireless multi-channel communication. In this paper, the design methods of matching network for multicoupler are mainly studied.Firstly, on the basis of the knowledge about network synthesis, impedance matching, optimization, etc, the general design method with approaching function and the computer aided design method for matching network are presented. Furthermore, According to multi-objective direct optimization method, the design method for multi-port broadband matching network is put forward.Secondly, the structures of various multicouplers and their matching networks are introduced and discussed, and the design period of broadband matching network in multicoupler is presented in brief. Moreover, the operation principle of a special multicoupler and its matching technique is analyzed in detail. The two kinds of schemes of this multicoupler are put forward. With the simulation and comparison, the result shows that the parallel scheme has better matching performance and lower insert loss.Finally, according to the concrete technical request, the structures of tunable five-channel multicoupler and its matching network are designed. With the direct optimization method, the tunable matching network is optimized. The final result proves that this tunable matching network is feasible, and it has good matching performance.
