This paper is mainly concern about the technology of pulse compression and sidelobe suppression as well as the way of implementation. First, by the pulse compression, the linear frequency modulation signal (LFM), binary phase-coded signal (BC) and the combined signal of LFM and BC is discussed respectively including the fuzzy function, pulse compression and frequency spectrum characteristic. The Doppler characteristic of three kinds of compression signals are analyzed, and the output results of the pulse compression signals are given in different mismatch cases. From the view of mismatch, a simulation analysis of three kinds of compression signals about the performance of the anti-intercept is given. The result indicates that the combined modulation signal has the merits of both LFM and BC signal and it is a new kind of pulse compression signal.Introducing the sidelobe suppression of the above signals, the author also give the correspondent simulations and compare their results. As for the combined signal, the sidelobe suppression method based on network synthesis is put forward and the irregular sidelobe suppression filter is designed.At last, developing of some radar signal processor realization, pulse compression and sidelobe suppression software and hardware with digital signal processor TigerSharc Ts101 was given. It is simple in structure, small in size, low in power consumption, reliable in performance and can be easily handled. It has successfully applied to a radar and made a good performance during the practice.
