The design method of Object Orient is adopted at procedure.The study result of paper as follow:(1) Develop urethane plastics mould design module, user can design mould through interactiveinterface;(2) Establishment the database of commonly use part and structure characteristic;(3) Using AutoCAD ObjectARX development 3D model built module based on environment MDT;(4) Urethane plastics mould design combined with 3D model built module, composing 3D mould system of urethane plastics.The system has been used in actualness and acquired better effect.
