This paper predigests the characteristic extraction analysis and proposes the method of"distributing sort identify"using characteristic vector.Nowadays the main problem of the talker emotional identify technology is to confirm emotional characteristic parameter after building the emotional speech library, which means, how to confirm the characteristic parameter including emotional information in some speech parameters, which should do some more study and practice, especially to the parameter that can be changed along with emotional change.
