The web-based education pattern has realized a transformation that the center of teaching and learning activities be shifted from teachers to students. But this transformation makes the control and the management of the components of learning circumstance become very complicated, and the teaching and learning progress could be interrupted in some conditions. So the control of components of the e-Learning circumstance becomes the core problem in the research.In this thesis, an in-depth analysis of traditional teaching and learning model and the theory of modern e-learning shows that the e-learning system are made up with three subsystems such as Learning Progress, Learning Direction Progress and Learning Resource Management Progress. The cooperation of these components represents the characters of asynchronism, subsequentness, uncertainty and randomicity of the e-learning progress. With this understanding, a new e-learning formalistic model based on the Petri network technology is presented in this article, and the change and state in the model act as a token of an Atom Activity and a Learning State in an e-learning progress. After that, the model is validated safety and reliable by using the State Matrix Equation of the Petri network. According to the theory that the State Topological Map of Petri Network and Markov chain are isomorphous, the Markov chain of the model is deduced, by which some function indexes such as marked density of probability, average token-number, and usage of transformation can be calculated.On the basis of the control characters of model of model of E-Learning, a method using MOM Mechanism technology to build and control an Model of E-Learning is put forward. By controlling of different consume filed message can realize the control and driven of the model of e-learning, so the control and driven of the model' s middleware are realized by message passing. In this work, the message space of model of E-learning can be divided into three layers such as Domain, Topic /Queue and Message, which means a Class Learning Domain involves four message Topic and amessage Queue, and in every Topic/Queue there are several different messages.In the end, a ELS e-learning platform is constructed based on the model, and an extendable ability of a system' s functions and operations is proved to be. The platform can improve the cooperate ability of e-learning, and reduce the coupling of all the function modules of the system.
