It would be more convenience to do bussiness over the network for both the producers and customers. Howevever, the most important factor is how to conduct the payment in a secure way, that is, to protect the transactions in a full security way. By now, the most widely adopted payment methods are credit card, E_check and E_cash, of which E-cash is the most advanced technique and becomes the hottest research point undoubtedly. This paper is intended to do security analysis researches in the field of off-line e_cash. CC is open in the hierachy, integrity and practical. However, it doesn't submit any models or functions to analyse risks. This paper does a further research in both the theory and practical aspect, that is: determine the system's out of state by Markov method, do qualitative analysis by FTA, conclude the problems which is confronted to the e_cash system with the major 7 threatens, deduce the security object for such system and submitte the specification requirement, develop protection profile for the off-line e_cash system based on software. Furthermore, this paper studies the security issue of the SEECP, which is proposed by T. Guo et al. The result indicates that some characters such as integrity, anonymity and un-reusability of the SEECP are secure enough to resist any threats that may appear in off-line e_cash system. Finally, in the last section of the paper the author put a bird eyes view to the future's research.
