The Object?Model?Template(OMT) of High?Level?Architecture(HLA) is one of the important mechanism of HLA to realize its function of interaction and reusing. The establishment of OMT is an absolutely necessary move for the simulation of HLA in application. HLA is a focus in current research field and its application in different domains promotes development of relative industries, bringing a lot of advantage in aspects such as national economy, national defense and aviation. The trend of object models being more and more complex and large-scaled calls for the support of the technology of cooperative constitution, the same as the adoption of some cooperative technologies in the process of large-sized software development, with the result of conflict between members of the development team reduced and coherence among codes guaranteed. This paper does research and development on the technology of cooperative constitution of HLA, mainly focused on solving the problem of distribution by using the advantage of network. At the same time, interactive modeling which can make modeling more integrated and large-scaled is studied through the adoption of cooperative strategies. The paper makes detailed description for its design and analysis of the cooperative circumstance frame and cooperative protocol in technologies of cooperative constitution of distributing HLA object models, based on the theory of computer supported cooperative work. It mainly explains those key technical problems in need of solution, including the research on cooperative protocol, management of centralized distribution, design of data transmission, distributing version control and data storage of systems. The final part of the paper constructs a simple realization on the basis of systems analysis and design. It uses PC in network connection and Windows as the hardware and software environments to comprehensively transmit interactive and data information through the network, store modeling data in centralized distribution, and to confirm the version information. It possesses the advantages of effectively supporting the shared modeling data of different members spreading everywhere, and realizing cooperative development.
