When those materials used in space travel are exposed in outer space directly, can they stand the bombardments of various radiations? It is necessary to prove that by experiments. So the target of designing a radiative electronic gun is to generating a large area of uniform electronic radiation, simulating the electronic radiation in outer space to test materials. Such an electronic gun should generate electron with energy 120keV, the violation of uniformity is less than 25 percent. According to the principle that an electron from center travels along the radius directly when the electronic field is spherical, the electrodes of the electronic gun introduced in this article are designed into spherical shape to guarantee a high uniformity of current density on the target even the energy varies largely. The results of computer simulation indicates the geometrical structures and sizes of the electrodes. The electronic gun has four electrodes, including two gates. The first grate has double spherical nets with the same center and outside the second one there is a shield cylinder to make electron congregate. With much experiment data, such a structure is tested to be valid. The parts at high voltage of power sources are sealed in epoxy and than insulated in silicone rubber, this structure rejected the disadvantages of unwieldiness and dirty using oil container traditionally.Limited by experiment conditions, until now the electronic gun can satisfy the request of uniformity only when the energy is not more than 30keV. Yet the gained results give the direction for the furthering experiments.
