Hospital group's management and practice are urgent research in the country. Recently, how to make hospital group's information system matching and promoting hospital group's development has attracted great attention in the field of medical information.The data produced during the process of hospital group's operation may be heterogeneous, mass and distributed stored .To match the requirement, we must provide a new scheme of data exchange based on distributed and heterogeneous data sources .At the same time, it can make the use of the operational character and realize the efficient and flexible data share among the group.Firstly, the author introduce the relevant knowledge about hospital group and its information system and discuss the distributed database and data replication in detail. After studying the existing methods about data replication and deeply analyzing the character of data exchange in hospital group .the thesis proposes a asynchronous replication scheme based on incremental transactions. It includes two complementary processes: periodic replication and conditional replication. The former means mass replication periodically. On the contrary, the later means a little conditional replication by using the token-passing mechanism.Finally, the other work and innovation about the research and design goes as follows: presenting the mapping mechanism to implement pattern –transform; proposing a three-layer model to solve the data conflict existing in data exchange. In the appendix, this thesis designs an experiment to show some important implements and verify the feasibility and rationality of this scheme.
