This task is put forward base on "Submarine Radar Fault Diagnosis Instrument" scientific research item that I am doing now. The direction of study is fixed on "Currenct Exploitation Stage of Fault Diagnosis Expert System of Electric Facility". The aim or research is "Locale and Fast Diagnosis". Our aim is to develop speed and to shorten the period of exploitation of fault diagnosis system.This subject is base on analyzing and studying the thinking rule and method in the process of field expert fault diagnosis. Putting forward a new "maximal, nearest, easiest mutual search " method that is used in fault diagnosis ratiocination, and build describing model that support diagnostic knowledge and diagnostic data. This Fault Diagnosis Expert System can perform fault diagnosis for new electric facility only need to change synthesis database. The designing method that separate diagnostic data and diagnostic ratiocination completely, Shake off localization which traditional Fault Diagnosis Expert System only Diagnosis provide object. The researching is beneficial for development of "Currency Exploitation Stage of Fault Diagnosis System of Electric Facility". In order to test the correct of this idea, I designed a fault diagnosis system of electric facility specially. Through fault diagnose to appointed diagnose case, I have obtained better diagnose result.
