With the development of modern control theory and satellite communication technology, it is possible to realize exchanging data with satellite on the moving carrier .The key factor in moving satellite communication is using digital-compass and Fiber-Optic-Gyro to segregate the influence of the moving carrier to the gesture of antenna and making the antenna precise aim at the satellite to carry out the continuous communication with the satellite. Fiber-Optic-Gyro is a key part in the gesture system . In recent years, Fiber-Optic-Gyro is using in a broad fields for its high measuring precision , low excursion and its declining price .In this system , Fiber-Optic-Gyro is used to stabilize the satellite antenna by measure the gesture changing of antenna .With the rapid development of digital signal process technology, it is possible to use powerful DSP chips realizing high precise control and more rapid system response instead of micro processor and micro controller.This article' s research major in the tracking platform of satellite signal. A project of this system is proposed. The Fiber-Optic-Gyro and digital compass are used as its gesture sensitivity elements and The TMS320C6202 chips of TI company is selected as its kernel chips. This article analyzes the system' s characteristics from its hardware and software. The signal interface design basing on DSP and CPLD is introducing as its mostly aspect in its hardware. And in its software, the function characteristics is introduced. The control theory of Fuzzy-PID is particular introduced, and the emulations is also given.
