With the development of the science and technology, the need of robot becomes more and more urgent in many fields . Autonomous soccer robot is a good test bed on robot research. Obviously, the motor drive stystem plays an important part in autonomous soccer robot. This paper investages the walk control on the autonomous soccer robot, and includes four parts as follows.1 The paper introduces the classification and research significance about soccer robot ,and introduces the background and content of the research in the paper.2 The paper assaies the modules of autonomous soccer robot, and points out the ruction of each module, Especially and demonstrates the motor drive module.3 The paper integratedly designs the framework of the system., which is composed of a drive wheel and a direceion wheel. And the paper designs the hardware and software of the system. The hardware includes power circuit, reset circuits, drive circuit of DC motor , drive circuit of step motor, SCI, and so on.
