Electric Eddy Transducer is one of the widely used Transducers, the technical level and intelligent degree of whish affects the veracity of control system directly. Veracity and precision of Electric Eddy Transducer plays an important role in improving its technical level.In this paper, we emphasize on the temperature compensation system and its means of Electric Eddy Transducer. Firstly, we take a feasibility analysis to the application of Electric Eddy Transducer based on PIC single chip machine in temperature compensation. Secondly, we bring up a kernel idea: According to resistance of electric eddy transducer winding changes with the transducer temperature inside the electric eddy transducer, we input the value to PIC single chip machine and make operation and output. On this base, we make research to the mechanism and temperature compensation of Electric Eddy displacement Transducer, design part of the inside and outside circuit of the sensor, accomplish the hardware design of the compensation system by utilizing PIC single chip as the kernel part of the system, complete the software design of the system by utilizing machine language and MPLAB-IDE, simulate and analysis the hypothesis in MPLAB-ICD and MPLAB-IDE. Finally, we adjust and perfect the whole system.The experiment result of our research and simulation shows: The temperature compensation arithmetic embedded PIC single chip processor of Electric Eddy Transducer can raise the characteristics of sensor. The research achieved temperature compensation and software correct and real time control to some temperature and made a measurement and control ideal effect.
