Mineral resources are the criminal physical bases for the society development, however most of them are nonrenewable resources. The Mining industry is to exploit natural resources, which is an vital ingredient of civil economy and plays an important role in our daily life, because the material and energy we are using in people's life, in all walks of life are supplied entirely by the mining industry. The synthetically level that people make use of mineral resource reflects basically the state-of-the-art. Now, the automation level of main shafts that transport the ors between underground drivage face and the ground is relatively higher, nevertheless the one of subservient tunnels which carry large-volume units and staff is comparatively lower. Many mining venture build an anti-horizontal ramp as the subservient tunnel besides the main shaft. They use large tram to carry equipment and staff through the ramp.Under the current market economy circumstance, time and efficiency are vital to the enterprises. The purpose of this article is to analyze the relevant system and make good use of passing track, which in tune will promote the transportation capacity in subservient tunnel, avoid the transportation problem, shorten the production cycle and finally bring the best benefit both in economy and safety to the mining venture.As this system is applied underground and the condition is bad, the general infrared and ultrasonic measurement technique can't reflect the real instance. So, signal detection of vehicle is an engineering roadblock. Besides, even we collect the information of vehicle, how to transfer it to the central monitoring room is a big problem. Considering that the system must cover the lOkm-long ramp, if we use the optical fiber communication, the cost will be to high. And if we use bus such as 485 or Profibus, it can't meet the need of communication distance. Therefore, the way we convey the collected vehicle information is another difficult problem. As has been said before, the vital technique difficulties of this system are the collection and communication of the vehicle information. In other words, which kind of techniqueto collect the vehicle information underground and which to communicate the data with monitoring room.We adopt the most advanced radio frequency technique in vehicle recognition and adopt the CAN bus technique in system communication. Firstly, this article introduces the development of radio frequency recognition, its catalog, theory of operation and its usage in some fields.Then, it introduces the most popular buses currently and compares the field bus with the traditional DCS. Finally, it introduce the relevant concepts of CAN bus, its properties and the agreement scale. The author proposes the self-adaptive control systems and main ideas of system control soft according to dynamic road models. It also design the recognition system, CAN communication hardware and design theory of the bottom drivers, At last, this article introduce the main chips been used, the properties of the module, its function and the problem needing take care in practice.
