Now, there are many problems in the process of supplying resources for middle-elementary schools. For examples, customers purchase parts of resources needless to them, the resources can not be updated in time during the course of uses by customers and they have to pay expensive cost of technological sustainment. To solve these problems, one of the best methods is to apply the personalized supply model of Web. The tendency of supplying resources of middle-elementary schools is to develop web and personalization. In order to realize personalized supply, it is required to analyze personalized rules of customers. By the data mining to customers' personalized rules, we can actively find the demands of customers, provide reliable bases to search in the database of resources, and realize the intelligent supply of educational resources. Therefore, customers can purchase resources suited to their educational requirement and the functions and contents of resource database can be effectively and timely updated in the process of using the educational resources. Thanks to the personalized supply, not only schools save a large amount of money, but providers can also economize lots of men and material resources in the stages of sales and after services and largely improve the efficiency. Aiming for solving these problems, based on detailedly analyzing the features of the data mining, the paper founds a basic frame of information resource database of middle-elementary and service model tied to it. Through the technique of data mining of the decision trees, customers are classified to the standard classes of customers and we can predict what educational resources customers require in the future. The demand model uses the attributes of standard classes of customers to depict customer demand model, matches resources to customers to realize personalized supply of resources and provides different services to suffice different customers. At the same time, the model revises and improves itself by continuous feedbacks of the conditions of customers' uses and thus enhances the qualities of personalized services in the E_Services. Based on the one hundred middle schools of China, the paper realizes a method using the decision tree to classify customers of resource database and obtains a detailed rule of classification, which is used to complete the personalized supply of resources to a practical customer.
