The Research Of Wave Of Generator Of Rocker Panel Type

Wave generator is the main equipment for wave simulation in laboratory. Wave simulation is very important to ship, water conservancy, oil exploitation etc. This paper analyzed the structure of control system, control strategy and control algorithm of wave generator.This project is the rebuilding of the old wave generator system in water conservancy laboratory of Dalian University of Technology. The rebuilding generator used advanced computer control technology. It's designed with friendship interface between people and computer. And the generator can make irregular waves except regular waves.According to wave theory, this paper analyzed the character of regular and irregular waves and the relationship of parameters of wave. Then it respectively discussed the methods of making irregular waves and irregular waves.And then this paper deeply analyzed the control structure and control algorithm. The system used double negative feedback, and the type of control is PI control.After analyzing some of current structure of control system of wave generator, the method of control and control algorithm, the project used normal PC as main control equipment, FP1 of Panasonic PLC as assistant control equipment, and the FR-S540 of MITSUBISHI transducer was used to change the rotate speed of AC motor.The control of system's software includes the calculating module, the data processing module and the Human-Computer Interface. The modules of central control system developed in Visual Basic 6.0, and the special SCADA software in separately. And data communication is used DDE protocol.
