Design And Realization Of Computer Scouting And Managing System

Computer scouting and managing system is management system of more efficiently managing all computers in local net. It is composed of browsing screen module, looking over operation log module, computer configure scout module, sending message module and system configure module. It realizes automation of management by using all those modules' function and provides a reliable practical effective management pattern for computers managing system in local net.First, on the base of deeply analyzing the actuality of management software for local net, this paper points out the difficulty and outstanding problem during the development procedure and compare the characteristics of all kinds of technologies, it presents a model based on TCP/IP and COM. In order to ensure the robot and expansive, then this paper builds up a three-layer architecture by using object oriented programming and design pattern of class factory, and that deeply expatiate the theory of design and all the details of scout system. Finally, this paper brings forward showing styles of parallel scout and look one computer, and that makes lots of effort to realize perfect interface based on the theory of relation between people and machine in order to more accurately fit for the practical management, so it resolves the problem that manager who uses this system is not good at computer operation.By using a new tactic of intercept screen and right method to compress image, this paper resolves the problem that need to transmit lots of data when browse the controlled computer screen in time. It enhances the speed of browsing controlled computer's screen. This project records all the software names used by controlled computer and its using time to a log file by using technology of windows hook. When controlled computer's operation does not accord the running tactic made by controlling computer, this system will automatically show warnings and revise this operation. Having gotten the log file, the controlling computer can totalize all the record on the base of the type of software. By showing methods of chart and table, not only it can show the result of mainly comparing different controlled computer, but also show the accurate time for one controlled computer's using different software. On the base of WMI technology, the module of computer configuration scouting offers function of showing details of each computer's hardware information. It resolves the problem that traditional management is not convenient to check and keep in the archives.This paper adopts comprehensively many new technologies, such as net communication, graphic handle, COM, XML etc. it implements a computer scout system based on TCP/IP. The result of appliance shows that this system is steady reliable and realize anticipative object.
