With the rapid development and widely application of micro-electric technique, Mobile-commerce, Photoelectron and wireless communication technologies, we are on the verge of a new computing paradigm. The purpose of the paper is to reach and develop an intelligent vehicle navigate /dispatcher system based on multi-GPS antenna, utilizing the GPS orient and navigate technology rising rapidly, combine with the embedded technology ,electronic map, diversity and wireless communication. In addition to traditional space information display and inquiry, the system adds the technology of interspaced antenna diversity and embedded system, increasing the oriented serve in the shielded case and making the user share the serve based on position in anytime and anywhere; in different way, the user can combine themselves and immense digital space seamlessly.First, the paper introduces simple the concept and the meaning of the Intelligent Transportation System briefly, and the development of ITS, and illustrates the position and the function of the navigate /dispatcher system in ITS. It points out the topic, meaning and creative; introducing the consist and principle of the intelligent vehicle navigate system in chapter 2; analyzing the method of GPS-oriented and the error origin in chapter 3; analyzing briefly the principle and merged method of interspaced diversity and resist multi-decline in chapter 4; introducing the hardware and software realization of ambulant station of intelligent vehicle navigate /dispatcher system based on multi-GPS antenna in detail in chapter 5; giving the debugging and simple trial result of ambulant station in chapter 6; The lasted propose solving tactics to problem that exist in studying, draws a conclusion of this thesis and plans the future researching works.
