This paper studies on BRDF measuring and optimizing modeling of target samples in the bands of visible light. Some models of targets are presented and classified. Based on Torrance- Sparrow model, we give a modified five-parameters one. To some specific instance, the model is simplified and the calculation is fast too. Combining basic Genetic Algorithm and Simulated Annealing Algorithm, we get a global optimal searching algorithm called Simulated Annealing Genetic Algorithm. Two and three dimension data of samples are optimized through this algorithm. The parameters are obtained and the 3-D BRDF distribution are structured. Data of target sample in the band of visible light are measured and analyzed and the five-parameters model is extended to the visible light band. To many target sample data the ends are content and the 3-D BRDF distribution is structured too.
