Now, Time-Frequency Analysis is one of the top interests in Signal Processing, and more and more research has been put on this topic. As one of the best tools to analyze the non-stationary signals, it shows a good picture in the joint time-frequency domain and makes us know about the change of frequency along with the time clearly.In this thesis, intra-pulse modulated information of radar signals are gotten mainly using Time-Frequency Analysis. General theory of Time-Frequency Analysis is first introduced, then, the application of Time-Frequency Analysis is researched further. The main content of this thesis are as follows: several common Time-Frequency Analysis are introduced, such as Short-Time Fourier transform, Wigner-Ville distribution, Cohen distribution, wavelet transform. For extraction of several radar intra-pulse modulated information, the best algorithm of detection is researched respectively; A new method is put forward to reduce the cross-terms; Time-Frequency Analysis is applied to instantaneous frequency estimation; finally, WVD Arithmetic is fleetly realized by DSP.
