Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a kind of integrated managing systemwhich regulates the supplying operations in the process of production. The SCM isadopted to provide better services for the customers and to improve product'scompetition ability at the minimum costs through regulating and smoothing variousfactors such as materials transportation, capital flow, information exchange and so on. This paper first gives a brief introduction of ERP's developing state inmanufacturing industry and the features of SCM in the automotive industry, and thenpresents that the implement of the SCM in the DFAC is the reasonable choice for theconcrete production. Material Requirement Plan processes innovational applicationcombing practicality instance and work flow. This paper gives MRP's calculationmodul and instance. Based on the introduction of SCM, this paper mainly illustratesthe software and hardware structures and their components involved in SCM systemand how to establish a well functional system, including the job flows,object-oriented programming technology, different software modules, productionplan controls, parts purchasing controls, warehouse parts management, informationexchange on the web and so on. The SCM has already been implemented in the DFAC and brought the company greatefficiency and achievements.
