The measure and control technology is renewed and the technologies are improved in huge plant such as electricity plant and cement plant recently. The accurate measure system is required to demarcate and measure the particle size of powder in powder industry in order to satisfy the need for coal full burning and combine of cement and flour. As development of the laser diffraction theory, embed technology of computer and sampling system, it make sure that measure system are improved in power industry.Now the import measured devices are mostly used in measuring particle size in our country. Our laser analysis system of particle size is improved lowly and there is not an integrated system. So it looks imminent to develop integrated system in now .especially in the state of electricity supplying lacking. It is important for thermal power generation mill now.On online sampling system, the sampling system is tried to design in this paper because of particle devices are static or sampling test in laboratory. Its implement will drive change of sampling mode in power industry, and will lead the technology of the powder sampling .First, the Fraunhofer diffraction theory is investigated and the light energy distribution algorithms of light energy detector are researched in this paper. Second, the solve method is discussed and the least two multiplication way is presented to get particle distribution. Finally, the functions are used to simulate the granularity of distribution. The test results show that the spheric particle size is not cubuge particle size as the single diameter of spheric particle, but to as a series of combination of particle distribution. At last, the hardware and circuit of sampling system are presented in the paper.
