With the rapid development in the communication field, the scope and complication of embedded communication software increasingly enhance. Developers of communication software must confront recurring design challenges involving robustness, efficiency, and reusability. Successful developers resolve these challenges by applying Object-Oriented technique. The Object-Oriented technique supplies a satisfying solution for the design of large-scale and complex software system.At present, Predominant industrial practice has evolved from general-purpose class libraries to do-main-specific frameworks and design patterns. Both of them can be used to approach a certain class of problems in the application domain. According to the characteristic of communication system software and the impact of reusable technology in software development, we propose the reusable Embedded Communication Software Plat Based on Object-Oriented Technique. In this paper, Object-Oriented concept, design pattern and software framework, system architecture and operational principle of framework, establish of pattern language and collaboration relations among patterns are discussed in detail. The application of software plat in access network system software is also discussed. It is a profitable exploration to application of pattern language in communication field and large-scale embedded software reusability.
