The communication system of land-based wireless navigation can supply the information for ship. This information is very important for the navigation and location of ship. On the whole, this system is a long-distance, high-precision wireless navigation system. At the same time, it is a very useful spread spectrum communication system. This system has much advantage, such as long-distance, high-precision, good-stability. Therefore, it can provide the valuable resource for the navigation and the location of ship. The title of my paper is "The research of Simulator On the communication system of land-based wireless Navigation". This paper mainly discusses the signal emitted by the transmitter and the propagation of the signal. In the research of propagation of electric wave, we discuss the propagation modes of ground wave and sky wave. In these two kinds of modes, we discuss the calculation of field intensity with the condition of one unit power, a certain distance. We use the result of field intensity to design the power of transmitter. In the simulation of the signal, we simulate the signals of each part of the transmitter. Meanwhile, we focus on the simulation of noise and get the simulation results of several kinds of noise with common probability distribution. At the end of this part, we use the method of VC++ calling MATLAB to realize the simulation demo. At the last part of this paper, we discuss the hardware realization of the simulator. TMS320C5410 DSP and EPM718 CPLD are used as the hardware platform. The flow charts of software fitting for the hardware are also presented in the paper.
