Design And Implementation Of Authorized Subject Information Handle System

ASI (Authorized Subject Information) is quoted form 《China Integrate Circuit (1C) Card Standard》) which is organized and published by Institute of Campus 1C Card Standardization of Educational Management Information Center in Ministry of Education. ASI handle system is the key of generation and share of subject information. In this paper, In order to ensure the currency, standard, science and norm among the different network architecture, ASI basic syntax is designed by using ASN. 1 and XML standard, DER coding is used, too. The publisher system of digital certification and PK card is finished on the Windows 2000 Sever, so do digital signature by PK card and verification. The input of PIN of the PK card is solved as a difficult problem when we want to generate subject information in batches. We have also encapsulated PKCS#7 Signed-data message by using the interface of PKCS#11. These can keep the information integrated and safely between the open systems.ASI handle system will be used by every walk of life to generate and handle many kinds of authorized subject information. This paper introduces the technique of Agent Oriented (AO). Multi-Agent describes the self-organization, self-adaptability, cooperation and mutuality of each module of the ASI handle system. We can modify and construct Agent to meet the addition of subject type and the update of the system.A PKI solution, which PCI cipher plank cooperates with ASI handle system, not only meets the CA basic function, but also avoids the foundation of complex CA compatible with the educational CA in the future. Based on arithmetic brought out by former, This paper ameliorate the implementation method of RSA unsymmetrical arithmetic according with the characteristic of DSP chips during the realization. And the experiment test is carried out.
