Oil making gas system is the main system that used to adjust gas consumption inChina. Today, the most cities in China use the old equipments to produce gas, it haslow efficiency. So it need optimize the craftwork parameter. The optimize object hasrepresentation in practice. It has high research value choosing oil making gas systemas optimization method's base.As development of the technology, it has many intelligent optimizationalgorithms, such as simulated annealing, genetic algorithms, taboo search, neuralnetwork, and so on. But as the complexity and scale of industry become more andmore great, the simplex algorithm has its limits. So how to combine two algorithmsusing their strongpoint is the good way to increase performance and time ofoptimization.The dissertation study on the oil making gas process and model of the simplyprocess. It uses GA's colony search and BP's dynamics to form GA-BP algorithm tosolve the modeling. In this dissertation, using GA to optimize the structure of BP net,and use the GA-BP optimization to solve the oil making gas process. It puts forward away that have optimization module combined with fault diagnosis system.The dissertation consists of five chapters. The chapter 1 describes the meaning,background of the research, and the working in this dissertation. In chapter 2, study onthe oil making gas process and get the model of process. In chapter 3 It gives the waythat BP net is studied by GA. The dissertation uses the GA-BP solving the model. Andsimply describes the combination of optimization module and fault diagnosis's way.In chapter 5 is the conclusion of the dissertation.
