With the increasingly developed performance of modern aircraft, research on intelligent aircombat decision-making system becomes an important research content. Take into consideration theconflict analysis, full range situation assessment technology, intelligent target assignment technologyand maneuvering technology are studied in this thesis. Finally, an air combat decision-making systemis designed and developed. This thesis explores methodology for improving intelligent air combatdecision technology.Firstly, air combat situation assessment technique is introduced. Situation assessment is thepremise of air combat decision making. This thesis chooses the threat factors that play the main role inthreat assessment for modeling. Then, the threat assessment algorithm based on linear weightedmethod is studied. To get rid of the disadvantages of static weights, this thesis designs a full rangedynamic weights calculating method based on neural network. In addition, the training parameters areoptimized by structure entropy method. In this way, threat assessment algorithm is improved, and thesimulation results show that the proposed algorithm is reasonable.Secondly, intelligent target assignment technique is studied. In order to discuss the conflictphenomenon of air combat system, conflict modeling is combined with genetic algorithm to analyzethe conflict and search for the best solution for target assignment. Moreover, risk assessment factor isintroduced and a comparison is presented between traditional method and proposed algorithm.Simulation results depicted the proposed algorithm is efficient in intelligent target assignment.Thirdly, maneuvering decision-making technique is considered for the location adjustment ofaircraft. Based on the analysis of the common action library, matrix game method is applied tomaneuvering algorithm. By using the basic operation action library, the proposed maneuveringalgorithm is presented. Simulation results demonstrated that proposed algorithm can providemaneuvering solution effectively.Finally, an intelligent air combat decision-making system is designed and developed. This systemintegrated full range dynamic threat assessment, intelligent target assignment and maneuveringdecision to fulfil the goal of air combat process simulation. Simulation results verify the rationality ofthe proposed decision system, which offers methodology for intelligent air combat decision research.
