This paper is dead against TianJin Electron Information Profession Technology Institute communications actuality,put forward the assume that built the network of schoolyard Virtual Private Network—VPN based on IP technology. The schoolyard VPN based on bublic network not only can implement to transfer informations bysafety and shortcut,but also can save a great deal of capitals.This paper introduces the concept of VPN ,virtue,mutuality technology;analyzes the classify of VPN,form,work principle and tunnel protocol. According to the characteristics of TianJin Electron Information Profession Technology Institute choice scheme,frame,protocol and hardware,software that the system adopts. This paper sets out the foundation of VPN technology-IP technology,go into particulars the tradition Internet technology,IP protocol,TCP protocol and the combine of IP-TCP,discusses the second protocol L2TP frame,function,encapsulation form,control message,work flow,control flux and protocol security;discusses the third protocol IPSec basic compose ,two work modes of security mechanism ESP and AH head.The article sum up a conclusion:the combine of L2TP and IPSec can construct a safety VPN.This paper introduces the communication network of TianJin Electron Information Profession Technology Institute now, analyses the need and advantage to build the VPN, presents the frame of VPN network,setting and dail-up flow, discusses the security of the network on exterior and tunnel two parts .This paper designs the Web pages which adapt to schoolyard features,so the user of the three yards and teachers can realize all informations in ture across the VPN,contents the demands for Institute in especially time of combine.
