The Development Of Train's Controlling And Recording Device In Running

Train's controlling and recording device in running can control train's running accurately by sampling and recording various messages of the train in time. It is the important device of protecting train's security. Based on a great deal of analyses of foreign and our country's devices and railroad's realities, this thesis brought forward a new way of the device's development. Had certified the scheme, the following designs have been done.In the aspect of hardware design, the device is composed of two computers. The upper computer is IPC. The IPC receives data transmitted by the below computer. Then records, processes, shows train's messages and use the data in database built in advance so as to transmit controlling message to the below computer. The below computer is a highly integrated MCU. The MCU samples, processes train's messages and transmits them to the IPC. Moreover, the MCU can output controlling signal to control train's running.In the aspect of software design, the program of MCU includes signal sampling, data processing, communication with the IPC and train's running controlling. The program of IPC includes monitoring windows, data recording and processing, communication with the MCU and building railroad's database.The testing result shows that the device has meet the needs that the Wuhan Railroad Bureau brought forward. At the same time, the device not only has higher real-time and precision but also has good stability of long term.
