To reduce the risk and cost of testing missile-head in field, it cries for a set of simulation equipment to allow people test and evaluate real-time capabilities of missile-trackers and infrared detectors in the laboratory. Based on this aim. this dissertation satisfies the need by developing the infrared scene simulation equipment based on MOS-Resistance arrays.The dissertation completes the developing task from three aspects: the design of periphery hardware control system of the infrared scene projector, the design of software control system and data conversion and non-uniformity correction. Periphery hardware control system mainly carries out the drive of resistor arrays, and it is designed in these steps: establishing the whole framework, selecting the segments and instituting the working flow. Software control system mainly realizes the hardware functions from the software side, letting the segments of the hardware control system work in phase. Data conversion and non-uniformity correction convert the original Temperature data into volt scale data that can be used by DAC, and reduce the non-uniformity brought by difference of resistance physical character, bus robbing and dynamic simulation by amending the input data.After the completion of the system, we have a test of the system including non-uniformity, dynamic performance and factual scene simulation.
