In this paper we study how the paparmeters decide the coupling effects between two neuron cells and the behaviors of the network with excitable and fast inhibition neurons from two aspects,the parameters in modeling equations and initial values .In part one we deal the model of e1 -e2 and e1 -f -e2, present the sufficent parameter conditions,under which e1 -e2 is stronger (faster) than e1 -f -e2,and divide the initial values into three sections, which are the inhibitory section,the synchronization section,and the non-synchronization section.In part two we discuss the model of e1-e3-e2 and e1 - f-e2, present the sufficent parameter conditions and derive the importantsection:the synchronization section.In part three we give some examples of numerical simulation ,which reflect that the given parameter conditions are reasonable.
