The technology of antenna measurement is very important and complex in researching and making antenna. In the period of manufacturing super accurate and capable antenna, it depends on the technology of antenna measurement very much. The paper researches, in the condition of using the technology of planar near-field measurement measuring antenna, the analysis and compensation of some main errors, which affect measurement accuracy.The paper summarizes the method of the technology of planar near-field measurement, brings forward the main important errors which affect measurement accuracy: the error of probe system, the error of instrumentation, the error of measurement environment, random error and calculation error. The paper analyses amplitude and phase error, getting hold of the connection of the error and the parameter of antenna under test. And analyses the measurement errors produced by position error, shows its errors-upper-bounds, simulating it by computer, shows the degree of far-field pattern measurement errors of antenna under test affected by position error. And discussing the method compensating position error. The paper shows errors-upper-bounds produced by the error of measurement environment and simulating it by computer, discussing the compensation method, and shows its simulation.
