With the development of computer and network, and the increasing number on internet in the world, business operation on the network becomes more and more popular among companies. Network Database Team that the author has been in are engaged in the research based on web, which meets the need of the development of enterprise, and has taken effect. Synthetic Resin Product System is one of classic development research task, and it is a website which content is about macromolecule resin material and which supplies resources for research developer and producer in resin area, and serve for research and development of new product.Thus, higher need have been put forward for the design and function of the website, these needs include the intelligence of the website, which can find information quickly, and provide different services for different users, and permit users to custom their own pages for their own needs and so on.In these years people have used web mining to improve the performance of web. Web server log files have perfect structure, whenever users access the website, pages accessed, time, user ID and so on are recorded in log file. It is very important for the intelligence of the website to analyze web log files. Firstly, the paper introduces Synthetic Resin Product System. Secondly, the paper analyses simply web log mining technology, and discusses classic association rule and sequence pattern identification arithmetic in detail. Finally, the paper designs a simple web log mining system WLDMS, and explains how to apply the pattern mined in designing and managing actual website structure. With this simple system the test for Synthetic Resin Product System is executed.
