With the rapid development of city construction of our country, the workload and complicated problems in house dismantling and relocating increase continually. Despite the relative departments of all local governments work hard and carefully, however, without uniform data and technique standard in house dismantling and relocating, datas applied belows the mark, the informations collected are imprecise and the methods employed are unscientific, which have downgraded the job's quality and baffled its progress, and unsatisfied the privies further.Standardizing the technical criterion of correlative datas, constituting standard program, establishing un-secret and fair credit-document, and safeguarding privy's rights are all the main researching subjects for the relative domestic researching institution. This paper starts with the applied system developed on the GIS basis to refer to 3 aspects below: Researches and develops the system of house dismantling and relocating of Tianjin by the researching for the problems such as GIS space index etc., and adopting the develop method and using object-oriented method to analysis and research system Expatiates the process of Tianjin GIS establishing and the database supporting GIS in the background. Introduces stressly the develop aim and the general scheme of Tianjin house dismantling and relocating, and the chief technology employed in all subsystems, and the program thought and general framework in the program developing on the basis of GIS. Finally, this paper appraises this GIS and makes the discussion on the problems, which appeared and should be paid attention to in the developing and using of this system.
