Nowadays, many countries are putting more emphasis on construction of information industry, and introducing E-commerce in all walks is one big step in this process. While we often encounter many obstacles in developing E-commerce in China, either involving state laws and rules related or lacking advanced techniques herein. Hereby this article will mainly study the building of a payment system, an important part in developing E-commerce service.Based on the fact that we are in immediate need of developing E-commerce service in China, the article proposes how to build a payment system providing payment service via Internet, how to build a nationwide payment system, and also systematically analyzes its service function, system composition and system structure.The article analyzes its service flow in payment process, from how each payment gateway coordinates its work under the circumstance of payment system nationwide to different payment flow, settlement flow, statement of accounts flow and error correction.It also analyzes security problems in building payment system, and discusses how to ensure trading parties' privacy Security during the payment process.Through the study of this project, it satisfies their online payment demand for enterprises to develop E-commerce service, and builds a nationwide E-commerce payment system through which users can pay with their bankbook or savings card for things they bought on Internet.
