EbXML Interoperability Test And Client Of Electronic Commerce Platform

The research on e-business has been a hot topic nowadays. With the rapid development of information superhighway, it is our aim to establish a global e-market, enabling companies of any size to contact and conduct business with each other without considering its location by exchanging XML-based information. ebXML has shown us prosperous prospect. It is a specification supporting modular e-business architecture.Interoperability between e-business platforms is a crucial problem in the successful implementation of e-business; consequently the research on interoperability in e-business has been a core issue. And Research on Interoperability Test of ebXML-Based e- Business Platform is a scientific problem that needs the joint endeavor of all people.Firstly, this thesis discusses the history of e-business technology, and compares several popular Web service specifications, and especially introduces the technical architecture of ebXML and its application.Based on the practical experience of the State Key Laboratory of Software Engineering, Wuhan University participating the first-round interoperability test organized by Interoperability Test ad hoc group affiliated by ebXML Asia Committee. We introduce the test standards, process, models, items, platforms and so on. Then we analyze the source code of Hermes message service handler, under the Project Phoenix developed by the Center for E-Commerce Infrastructure Development, the University of Hong Kong, and modify it, it can load the CAP file information automatically now. At last, we summarize the result we have achieved, and meanwhile, put forward the attention we should pay in the future, in an effort to promote ebXML solution in the Asian wide.
