Bluetooth is an open wireless local network protocol. It provides the possibility for RF connection of speech sound and data transmission of information equipments in limited distance. This technology replaces the dependency of equipment on cable. At the same time, it can make connection equipments into network model and thus work properly. The most important reason for the widespread attention on bluetooth is that it is the global standard for wireless connection. Its formulation is based on its replacement of cable, simple operation, and stability. These requirements not only impose new many challenges, but also supply a good number of opportunities. This technique employs FHSS, and its design demands minimum assumption, lowest cost and superior property of anti-interference. It includes RF unit, baseband CCU, connection software, and some respective super functional software. According to statistics from the Ministry of Communications, by the end of the year 1998, all over the country, there are 3112 road charge posts, 95209 miles of charge line, 433779 charge tunnels and 155000 charge personnel. It is predicted that by the year 2005, these data will double. When the vehicles pass through the charge posts, they have to slow down; making the charge posts the neck of charge roads. Therefore, there are frequent traffic jams, even accidents. The road charge system in our country has formed into a large network, thus ways of charge and management seem more and more important. The MFC is quite slow, and greatly affects the traffic capacity of the charge posts. As a result, the ETC is a very good solution. The bluetooth wireless charge system is quite an advanced fee-charging system. It employs highly developed bluetooth technique, which greatly improves the management ability of Charge Company, as well as the traffic capacity. Hence, it puts an end to the crowding situation caused by the halting vehicle queues. It is free of artificial charge, exempt from cash and charge and stopping to wait as well, according, it benefits the road users a lot. It has the function of two-way communication and information alteration. So it can inform the drivers of specific charging fees of every time, shorten the time of parking when vehicles go in and out of highways. The speed of passing is thus heightened by four to six times compared to the manual charge roads.Safe working.
