Research On Measurement And Controlment Model For Gas Station Of Taiyuan Steel & Iron Corporation Based On Thinking Method

Multi-sensor information fusion is a rising technology in the last few years. It brings about advanced and reliable method for the problem of information processing and decision system in the information age. In certain meaning, imitated the function of human brain to solute complex problem. This paper is based on the application of the Multi-sensor information fusion theory to the gas station of Taiyuan Steel&Iron (TSI) Corporation, is aimed to construct an integrated solution for the gas station of TSI Corporation, discussed the main problems involved in the research process. The main topic includes:(1) Discussed the feasibility of applying artificial neural network (ANN) into the data processing and the improved solution for in. Demonstrated the advantage of the combination of ANN and gene algorithm (GA). Realized the computer simulation of the combination of ANN and GA. By analyzing the simulation results, obtained the conclusion that the GA&ANN is better than traditional ANN.(2) Attempted to give a pretreatment to the data collected from the multi-sensor by fuzzy algorithm to prepare for the non-exactitude reasoning. Proved the feasibility of the combination of fuzzy algorithm and Expert System (ES) by a serial of simulation experiment and analyzing the data precision of the experiment results. At last, simulated the pretreatment of ES&fuzzy system in the industry environment by resembling three-line input signal.(3) Then based on the research conclusions above, brought forward the combination of Gene Artificial neural network (GANN) and Fuzzy Expert System (FES) from the bionic point of view. Simulated right brain function of human being by FES, left brain function of that by GANN. Totally imitated the thinking method of human being. The GANN's main function is to accumulate the knowledge and discover the unknown rules, while the FES's one is to apply the rules and make a quick decision. The GANN and FES cooperated with each other and then can implement the processing of learning and decision from the unknown to known to a certain kind of industrial model.By theoretic research and experiment simulation, at last, obtained the construction of the gas station of TSI Corporation based on thinking method. After that, developed the software of the gas station of TSI Corporation system in the Visual Studio.net 2003 platform, which can simulate the industrial environment, created best foundation for the future research.
