In this paper, a new intelligent feedforward and feedback control algorithm is given for main stream temperature control system with the properties of high inertia and strong delay and time-variation and multi-disturbances. In feedback, a nonlinear PID controller is designed for the control system based on nonlinear Tracking Differentiator (TD) and variable arguments PID modification, and a modified genetic algorithm is given for parameters optimization of the controller. In feedforward, based on the neural network control theory, a feedforward controller is designed for disturbances overcoming of the control system.
