Fuel cell system running of security problem has always been concerned by people, used for the car system especially, security problem seem to be particularly prominent. For real-time monitoring the each work status of fuel cell, on time discovering every kind of equipment failure of, fuel cell of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system adopts the USB bus system to set up the hardware platform, regarding neural network theory as foundation, creates fault diagnosis model and algorithm, and joining together both of the advantage, guarantees the safe and dependable running of fuel cell system. Main research in this text is as follows:This text studies the fault diagnosis system of total structure, regarding USB bus control chip AN2131QC as the nucleus, set up the fuel cell of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system hardware platform. For super-speed data sampling rate, design the DMA bus of telecommunication method.Aiming at the hardware system oneself request of security and stabilization, design the reset module,the power monitoring module, the serial EEPROM module.According to USB software development platform, design and research fuel cell of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis software system. In the aspects of software modularization, emphasize to analyze USB device firmware, driver program of computer operating system and interface program-three parts of programming method. Adopting Keil C51 program realize the singlechip of industrial control and data sampling program. Using VC6.0 complete condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system interface program.According to USB bus specification, study condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system telecommunication method, establish the suitable correspondence module for this system, and successfully apply to this system. Aim at the USB bus characteristics of quick telecommunication velocity, no error transmission, plug and play and self-provided power supply etc, put forward two kinds of convenience, practical work method, realizes to monitoring and diagnosis to fuel cell system.Work out research of fuel cell fault diagnosis algorithm, study the whole work principle of fuel cell system, regarding neural network theory as the foundation, create the neural network fault diagnosis model of fuel cell system, and adopt the improvement BP algorithm, improve the problems of slow constringency and sinking easily into small point of no return at neural network study procedure.Complete fuel cell condition monitoring and fault diagnosis soft and hardware system, adopting the fit fault diagnosis algorithm, through the verify of practice, basically satisfy prescriptive technique target, obtaining the favourable result.
