Research Of Intelligent Building Office Automation System Based On J2EE

With the development of Internet and web technology, many kinds of fresh technical means are supplied for modern Office Automation. By building an open environment for OA system, modern Office Automation, which is based on web technology, overcomes restraints of simplex function and difficultness to integrate with other business system in traditional OA, establishes a dynamic controllable uniform integrative platform, supplies the advanced solutions of Electronic business for enterprise.Based on the research of the status in Intelligent Building Office Automation, distributed computing technology is used to support OA patterns in modern OA system. Intelligent Building Office Automation system is designed and implemented on J2EE platform in which MVC-based web design pattern is adopted.J2EE technology specification of Sun Microsystem corp. supplies a way to design, develop, assemble and deploy applications based on component technology. J2EE platform is based on a multi-layer distributing application pattern. The application logic is encapsulated in components to implement the distinct function. Great quantities of components are installed in different machine systems according to their functions to build a complete J2EE application. In this paper, after the analysis of software model and the development of computer architecture, J2EE model and MVC model are discussed in detail.As a modern Office Automation, OA model which take the combination of information exchange platform and database as background tier, data processing and analyzing application as middle tier, Web application as front tier is adopted, this system puts OA system into the entire system of combination of business system and finance system under the model, which supplies a collaborative environment for departments inside enterprise and resources between inside and outside enterprise.Web design pattern of Struts framework which based on J2EE MVC model is adopted to design the whole system, this can divide the application into business module, application controlling module and data displaying module in effect without worrying about coupling problems, improve flexility of the application, develop the system in an orderly way, convenient for integration maintenance and upgrade.Design and Implementations of Model, View and Control module are given in this paper, some key modules such as system security and capability are also designed in detail.
