The paper mainly designs the part of electronics of laser atmospheric communication system.Considering space environment of laser atmospheric communication, The thesis analyses issues of atmosphere turbulance and interference of background light noise during the course of transmission, furthermore, discusses the structure and basic constitute of the laser atmospheric communication system. Combining the technical index requirement of the subject, it provides design scheme and circuit of the transmitting and receiving system.The article lays emphasis on signal multiplexing and demultiplexing technique of transmission system. The input data of the multiplexing adopts 8 channels with the speed of 2mb/s, and those of the last two channels are "0"and "1" respectively, in order to improve the transimision effeciency and deminish the complexity of encode and electronic circuit concerned, furthermore, it makes the synchronous signal acquisition more easier. The thesis makes a optimal choice of the needed devices , analysing and testing the working course of system in detail.The thesis provides the experimental result finally. The experimental result shows that the designed system satisfies the required performance index. It is proved the system design is reasonable and feasible.
