As important equipments in electric power industry, current transducers play a primary role for working well and calculating precisely in power supplying system. With the development of national economy, new high voltage level emerges continuously, and high accuracy of calculation and protection are demanded increasingly. It is an unavoidable trend that electric current transducer substitutes the old electromagnetic current transducer. Hybrid fiber current transducer is one of the electric current transducers.It needs power supply to ensure the electric and photoelectronic component in high-voltage side to run,so the power supply becomes the key problem. In the paper aiming at the demand of power supply in the passing hybrid fiber current ,we lodge two projects:laser-driving and online to provide power. Because the life of lasers is too short and the cost is too high, to the laser-driving power supply,we only put forward the resolvent in theary. To the online to provide power ,not only do we biring out the theory but also provide the really circuit.Based on the theory of electromagnetic induction ,the power supply draw the energy from the power line directly.But the range of power line current is so wide, according to the law of ampere rounding circuit, to keep the exciting magnetism current and induced potential on the power windings steady ,we make use of another winding to compensate the redundant current.The compensatory current is controlled by controlling circuit and the controlling signal come from the power line by the controlling winding.The experiments show that adopt this on-line power supply the hybrid fiber current transducer can run reliably.And we have apply the power supply to four transducers.
