With the progress in science and technology and with the development of power electronics technology, the high-frequency switching power supply is subject to higher and higher requirements, and power supply technology is applied more and more widely. Especially with the continuous emergence of new technology recently, parallel power supply becomes a trend. The paralleling of switch power supply makes it more widely applied in aerospace, communications, heavy industry processing, etc., especially in the field of communications, where reliability, safety and resistance to power failure are highly valued.The proposed dual-chip control can complete ramp compensation and realize output with the instance of full-bridge circuit. Based on this, a parallel high-power inverting power supply is designed. This paper aims to solve the4000w power supply for the practical application of electronic and provide a10ADC power supply, so that when two modules working together in the same load can provide an approximate power of2kW. In this circuit research, the basic principle of monolithic current-mode switching regulator is introduced at first, followed by a comparison between current mode and voltage mode. A control mode is then designed based on two UC3846chips, together with the proposal of a main circuit, an auxiliary power supply and the driver circuit of switch tube.At the end of this paper, prototype is designed based on the all design concept. The secondary output waveforms of the drive voltage transformer, gained when input voltage is220V and the output voltage is200V/10A, is shown in fig. The results meet the driving requirement of IGBT transistor, and other parameters such as the regulation of output voltage source and the output voltage ripple all meet the requirements.
