Superconducting RSFQ (Rapid Single Flux Quantum) digital cell design and simulation are important steps in developing complex superconducting RSFQ digital circuit. In the work of investigating superconducting RSFQ digital cell, basic theory of Josephson equation and SQUID are intensively analysised. In the theory analysis, circuit model of the SQUID, theory base of superconducting digital circuit, is intensively investigated, and parameter estimate of the superconducting RSFQ circuit is acquired.Base on the theory analysis of the superconducting RSFQ digital circuit model, WRspice is used to do time domain simulation of superconducting RSFQ digital circuit in this paper, and superconducting JTL, buffer, RS Flip-flop, T Flip-flop, and OR gate are acquired. The simulation results well validate the results acquired by theory analysis. This work should be very important for further investigating of complex superconducting RSFQ circuit and superconducting RSFQ computer system.
