With the development of the computer and network technology, the ratio of transaction using internet becomes more and more higher. E-business system becomes one part of developing project of enterprises with further insight. This thesis describes the solution of e-business system based on . net technology. 5 points are focused in this thesis.1 To the use of e-business in enterprise, concept and business pattern of e-business is described in detail in this thesis. E-business is a business method to make all of sides involved in business connected using electronic way basing on electronic tech, network tech and modern communication tech. Business process is finished by passing sheets without any paper. Base patterns of e-business can be summarized to four, which includes B2B, B2C, C2C and C2B. But there is a special pattern in the medicine industry in our country, which is B2S, means enterprise to self-enterprise pattern.2, .NET platform is a software developing framework with released by Microsoft in Jun 2000. .NET is a new framework, which includes much computation developed by Microsoft in the late of 90s last century. The main control of . NET platform is its framework. The framework includes two main components: common language runtime (CLR) and .NET framework class library. CLR is a software engine used to load applications, confirm them to run without any errors, verify the security license, execute them and clear them when work is finished.3 ADO. NET is the data access component of the .NET platform. Many kinds of data sources, offline database connections and web services are supported by ADO. NET. ADO. NET is not a simple upgrade of ADO. It is privileged than ADO in table counts, table structure in memory, data navigate and cursor, accelerate connection open time and data share between applications. The two main components of ADO. NET are DataSet and . NET Framework data provider program. DataSet supports Offline Database Connection which is the most important character of datasets.4 . NET platform provides a template of constructing enterprise level distribution applications. This template gives thedevelopers one easy way to work. Using template, developers can build enterprise level distribution applications step by step. The hierarchy provided by .NET template can be divided to system framework level, data access level, business logic level, business presentation level and user interface level. Develop work becomes simple when done according to the structure described above.5 The electronic commerce system of the Guizhou Yibai pharmacy company, which is developed with the template of the enterprise distributed application, is the example of this thesis. We put forward the resolve project of the electronic commerce system for network sale according to the analysis and optimize of their factual sale flow. The system fully realized the sale and balance which is based on Internet, and the system increase the management efficiency of the company.
