The Research Of The Lossless Feedback Broadband Amplifier Technology

The broadband amplifier is an important type of amplifiers using in modern communication systems. Broadband communication technology develops faster and the requirement for broadband amplifiers is higher. Because of low noise figure, high linear, broad frequency scale and simple structure, lossless feedback broadband amplifier becomes one of the most important types of broadband amplifiers.The research of lossless feedback technology is almost blank interiorly. This project aims to improve the national present situation, researches the performance and design of the lossless feedback amplifiers. This paper presents the structure of the lossless feedback amplifiers, and analyses and discusses the fundamentals of lossless feedback amplifiers in detail. Facilitating current equipment and combining documental knowledge and practice, a series of lossless feedback amplifier has been successfully completed whose electric characteristic reaches the level of similar manufacture overseas.
